We really liked Garrett our salesman He showed us what we wanted to see and gave us the prices on what we asked for we went home and talked about it told him we would be back on Monday and the weather was bad and cold so we didn’t go back until TUESDAY and looked and drove a car that we really hadn’t looked at and decided on it and he filled it up with gas and they washed it and we took it home with us after making a hassle free trade and they took what we said we would give. Drove from out of state because they had the rare truck I wanted. Garrett and the other young salesman were very down to earth, explained everything clearly, and even gave me a discount due to me losing my last vehicle in a natural disaster. The only reason I'm taking 1 star off is because there was an issue with the DMV in my home state and the title paperwork/payment they sent in. However, all I did was shoot Garrett a text and he got this resolved for me.

My Ford Explorer was part of a national recall. On Friday my car was picked up and returned in a timely and courteous manner. However, it was designated as passing with no repair needed. I immediately called Anthony Garcia, the young man I met when my car was picked up. Since I am a Senior Citizen, I am always impressed when I meet an employee who is friendly, courteous and professional. I spoke with Anthony, sent pictures to him, and he agreed that recall repair was definitely needed. I told him that my grandson NEEDED my car right away and so it needed to be fixed! Anthony called me today, Monday, to say he had expedited an order and that a mobile unit will be here tomorrow to take care of it! As I said, it’s especially appreciated today when you meet a young man who takes pride in doing his job and is respectful to his customer. Thank you, Mr. Garcia.

Deal in confidence with Jana @ Smith Auto Family. I do not live in Plainview, but they had a truck that I had liked on their lot according to the internet. I submitted an inquiry about the truck and was hastily contacted by friendly Jana. She was very quick to understand that I lived out of town, and wanted to get very in-depth videos of the truck since I would not be able to come in and view it. She obliged my request and sent a full walk around video of the vehicle highlighting key features and assuring me that the vehicle had no flaws. I trusted Jana’s word and we quickly got into a deal. My deal was finalized within 6 hours and I e-signed all the paperwork. We loaded up and started the 160-mile drive to the Smith Auto lot. Upon arrival, I found, to my relief, that Jana’s representation and description of the truck was nothing short of honest. We walked inside, I signed my name a total of three times, and we left.
